Products Shipped by Shrishyamkesari Ayurveda
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The product does not meet your expectations or suitability
- You received an expired product (very rare)
- You were charged more than the printed MRP
- The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered
Return eligibility conditions:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- It must be returned in original condition with intact packaging, box, and labels
Note: Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, temperature-sensitive and consumable products are not eligible for return or refund once opened.
Products Shipped by Third-Party Sellers
Some products may be shipped directly by authorized sellers. While we may not process these returns directly, we will fully support you and coordinate with the seller to resolve your concern.
Seller-shipped products will be clearly mentioned on the product description page.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- If the order has not been packed or shipped, a full refund will be issued
- If the order has already been shipped, the return policy mentioned above will apply
Products Damaged During Transit
We pack all products carefully to ensure safe delivery. However, if your product arrives damaged:
- Please do not accept the package from the delivery partner
- Inform us immediately so we can assist you
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest, without any extra cost.
